 United States & Canada: All orders enjoy free standard shipping.

 Other Countries: Free standard shipping is available for all orders. However, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply (see Tax & Duty section below).

5. Taxes & Duties

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are typically the responsibility of the buyer.

Special Offer: For orders over $1000, we will cover the customs duties and import taxes.

Tax Refund Process: For orders eligible for tax coverage, please keep the payment receipt for the customs duties or taxes paid upon delivery. Contact our customer support and provide the payment receipt along with your PayPal account information. Once verified, we will refund the tax amount to you via PayPal.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues or reasons attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to incorrect address information, refusal to accept the package, or failure to receive the package due to buyer-related reasons. Please double-check your address and order details before placing an order. MEOWCOOL will not be responsible for any undelivered packages caused by buyer-related issues.
